Tierney – Children

These are believed to be the Tierney Children off to Corleaghan school which is the building on the left hand side.

The building is still standing , Formerly the residence of the Bogue family but now a grandson Ryan Mckenna.

This picture often pops up on facebook “The Indignenous Story of America” and “Northern Ireland Historical Photographical society” .

It its also suggested that the children are not all the same family. One is thought to be a daughter of Packie Edward McElroy nearby, a second grandmother of Pat Holland (McGovern Corleaghan) Urney Strabane.
